Early Warning Radar Network: Access the radars WAAY 31: Download Our Apps EXPIRED EARLY The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for most of North Alabama until 3 a.m. Saturday. This includes Cullman DeKalb, Jackson, Lawrence, Limestone and Marshall counties. Also included are Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker and Winston counties.
